I know a lot of you were asking about my cone valve forks, well here is my initial impression when switching from stock WP AER 48 (air forks) to the WP MXMA The JBI setup replaces the mid valve and the base valve post to something that looks a lot like the ‘21 and up spec. One leg contains the damping, while the other leg houses the pneumatic air chamber. On sand tracks I like AER better because the front end is lighter and you can easily set the stroke higher by adding more air pressure.
